Short description

The course will provide tools and techniques necessary to understand different corporative and strategic analytical tools and methods needed for successful entrepreneurial activities. The participants will be able to make decisions based on different complex economic and strategic interrelations. 

Objectives

The participants will:

- know the basics of strategy studies,

- be introduced to the corporate strategy and analytical tools and methods,

- acquire a basic understanding regarding the complexity of economic and strategic interrelations,
 
- develop methodological skills related to management responsibilities, and

- be motivated for developing entrepreneurial mindset, planning and acting in the strategic context.
