Short description

The module will provide attendees with adequate methodologies and tools for understanding and developing leadership, organizational behavior and human resource management. These tools are useful in dynamic business surroundings for achieving profit and running successful market game.

Objectives

With the successful completion of this module the participants are able to:

- check the importance of leadership and social skills as an important competitive factors of the future,

- assess leadership behavior when used in strategic tasks and employee mobilization, as well as in taking initiatives,

- assess differing views and approaches of leadership at various levels (self, staff, team, corporate governance),

- reflect whether and how responsibilities can be delegated,

- evaluate the benefits and problems associated with the use of target agreements,

- analyze current trends in corporate practice, and

- transfer the gained knowledge in their own company.
